I worked in canada morethan one year also i submitted my appilication for PR and got AOR. Right now i am staying, playing and timepassing with my family members by doing my homework like housewife.

My question is

1. will cic enquiire about current status of my work?


2. If yes, will i face anyproblem to get PR by staying without any work?

Please give your own experience and advice

So you decided to enjoy the life... CIC won't care about that as long as you are legal to stay. However, if later on you decided to work make sure you should have authorisation to do so.

I am not sure if you are allowed to stay in Canada without work on Work Visa. Are you on close WP? Please call customer service and confirm.

this looks like my own case. Don't worry as long you have proper authoratation to stay in canada you are not going to face any proplem. I was out of work for more than 5 months .

I am in my home country. I have left from canada when i got letter from cic that i you have to leave from canada by lose your status. I have applied my PR before i left from canada. Also i got my AOR when i in my home country.
