All seniors pls help about Eligibility for business immigration

Dear all seniors of business immigration. I am from pakistan, I applied under skilled worker in 2010 and got refused. Again I applied twice recently for study and got refusal. Now I am going for business immigration. How my previous refusals will effect the application of business immigration. My consultant says, that once we get the franchise of any business in canada, my previous refusal will not effect business immigration application. Please give ur feed back.

Your consultant is just making money off of you. A Franchise is not going to result in permanent residence. Since there is no longer an entrepreneur program, it would have to be through a PNP. I doubt if any would provinces would approve a franchise purchase for their programs.

Thanks for your reply, you mean there is no program of business immigration available currently. Consultant is demanding their fee on done basis, mean no fee if no visa. What do you say?

Also, the Quebec Investor & Entrepreneur Programs are still available subject to caps. You would have to apply next year if the maximum number of applications accepted has already been met.
