Hi there : Its first time I heard about this "Intend to stay" form and curious to know what its all about. Can you please share details around that. Is this they are asking everyone before Oath or only to candidates with record of living outside Canada for longer period after PR.

Did you have RQ?

Yes, I had RQ and unfortunately my immigration attorney submitted my application with 59 days short. I was'nt aware that it could lead to such delay.

Hi Marylulu : I dont think you can reach anyone at CIC, Scarborough or get an status of your file. Even if you manage to reach their offices, they may refer you to back to CIC call center. I know its too bad but its helpless situation for all.

Does anyone that if the agent has the same info as you get on ATIP report. Last time I contacted CIC, they were able to tell the dates and details of the activity on my file. Just wondering if it is worth requesting ATIP.

well the agent barely goes over the whole file, the ATIP shows you all the information on record so you can compare and check and make changes if needed.

Hi guys,I almost want to cry right now ,I just got my ATIP,it says client pass first test but res concerns/issues Not resolved at time of interview,file return to RQ queue.
Anyone knows what does that mean,is it means i need to see juge or they need more documents from me,I got pre-test rq and my test was on Feb 19 2014. Need help!!!!

Under which category it says file is in Scarborough RQ shelf?
Because in my ATIP it just says file returned to RQ shelf for further review thats all.

I don't know how long we got oath......I am so tried of ths waiting.
