My work permit expires in 3 months. All my paperwork is complete, but my ECAS still shows 'in process'. How much longer should I wait before applying for the BOWP?

If your case is strong enough and you're confident that your application will be successful apply for the BOWP one month before your current WP expires. If you have any doubts apply now.

I haven't heard a peep out of the CPC for 3 weeks, but the last thing I did hear was that they attached the additional documents I sent to my file and that they received my final payment. I think I'm all set, so I'll just be patient for another 2 months and if I don't hear anything by then I'll get the BOWP.

Correct, but I personally think you'll get your PPR soon so you'll not need to apply for the BOWP. Wish you good luck.

Second that! Hang in there and wait, wait as long as possible to save the application fee for the BOWP. It'll be enough if you
submit the application a week before your current WP is due to expire, since you'd be on implied status for the time your WP is in process.

CIC received my application on 6 th sep 2013
Medical received 27th march
RPRF received 31 march
Medical uploaded 19 april
After that no communication at all.
Never asked for any document.
Received GCMS on 13 july.
Eligibility passed
Medical passed
Criminality in progress
Security not started.

I had overlapping issue from 2011 to 2014 causing did not submitted part time activity but just wrote only full time activity during same period of time.then I realized I have to include both in 5669 form.i sent them an email on 2ND July and mentioned my part time activity for that period.

No communication at all after that..what do you think what should I do?

If you've recently submitted documents, those will have to be processed by CIC, which
may cause a small delay in the processing of your application.
Wait for further correspondence from CIC.

What documents I should attach in my fresh request for GCMS. In my last request, I have only attached my Work Permit and Passport copies and I have not received anything from CIC. Seems bad on my part instead of blaming them as I may have not raised the request correctly.

You don't have to attach anything to the request?? I never attached any documents and I've always
received my GCMS notes.
