I observed the spreadsheet in Aug, looks like in most time the RPRF have been sent on Monday.

Same seems to happen in September, today we've already seen 5 RPRF requests.

It seems they send in batches weekly. I missed last Monday, probably due to the updated forms request.

I paid RPRF even before i had received an email from CIC,i had also send them the email with the receipt attached. However today i received the RPRF email. should I email them saying that i had already paid? or should I leave it as it is.

Email them receipt you have. Better to reply instead of not replying.

all u need is at least one blank page to get visa stamp

I already paid Right of Permanent Residence Fee for my PNP but today I got an email requesting RPRF for my CEC ??? Both PR applications are in process right now, do i have to pay RPRF for CEC ?

Time to withdraw one of the applications now. Since you already paid RPRF for PNP, you can withdraw the CEC application.

I really don't want to withdraw until Decision is made by CIC. I guess i have to pay the RPRF hopefully i can get refund later
