Hi All,

Received RPRF request today but there was no biodata form in the email. Do I have to send the hard copy of the RPRF receipt to CIC or just an email will work?

I got my medicals done by Doctor Jason Tsui in North York. I got same day appointment and took me less than an hour for all the tests including x ray
Total $ 160 for test and $ 50 for x ray
The clinic claims to upload the results within a week if all the tests are OK

Must say - Had a good experience

Much difference in NB, the fee will be 180 (doctor examination) + 287 (blood+X-ray) = $ 467

Wow.. thats too much expense to be paid for a medical exam

Did Dr Jason need you to submit photographs ? or is he eMedical enabled ?

Fill and send the scan copy. That should work.

If CIC did not request and send you the biodata form, do not send it.
Print the RPRF receipt, fill it out and then email it to the costrecovery email address. You don't have to mail the original document.

Hi, I have not received the RPRF ad I can see lots of ppl got it today, as I was also requested to provide the updated IMM 5669 last Fri, can this be the reason for the delay? Anyone has similar experience? Thanks,

On the same day as my RPRF I've received a request for some additional data regarding my sons, but nothing extra.
Looks like somebody was working on my case today.

here in my case application was received on August 23 and AOR 24 Oct

I started working as manager at xxxxxxx Company from July 2012 to august 2013 still working there at same position
I got this job through my internship that was a part of my course but I did not mention anything about this in my CEC application I mention that I started working as a site manager at this firm from july2012

here is the mail I got today

I have grounds to believe you have not acquired, in Canada, within the 36 months before the date on which your application was received, at least 12 months of full-time work experience, or the equivalent in part-time work experience, in one or more occupations listed in Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B of the National Occupational Classification (NOC). The letter of employment you provided from XXXX dated XXX2013, indicate you have been site manager since July. After having contacted the individual who wrote your letter of reference Mr.XXXXX, I have concerns you have not been manager of the car wash since the start of your employment in July 2012. Additionally, I was informed by Mr. XXX that 3 people work per shift at THE LOCATION , and I have concerns your employment does not match the actions described in the lead statement and a substantial number of the main duties described in the NOC code you selected – NOC 0.Finally, Since you graduated from XXXXXX college in April 2012, and the fact you had been a student in BACK HOME COUNTRY , prior to your arrival in Canada, I have concerns you lacked the qualifications to manage an enterprise such as XXXXXX.



Before I make my final decision, you may submit additional information or documents relating to the above matter. You have until April,2014, to submit additional information to our office at the address shown below. Please ensure that you quote the file number, indicated at the top of this letter on any information you submit.



You must provide any additional information within thirty days of the date of this letter. If you choose not to respond with additional information, a decision will be rendered based on the information available in your application.

The VO is saying that he/she doesn't think you have enough experience for a management position. Looks like the VO contacted
the person who wrote the letter and as an outcome of the conversation he/she wasn't convinced that you were in that position since
July 2012.

What you should do is gather enough, as much as possible, information to proof that you were in that position since 2012 and
that you were qualified to be in that position. This can be another letter, from HR, or a different person. Job offer letter from
July 2012.
Letters or something from your university wherever you went to school, professors or previous co-workers, managers or HR.

You have nothing to lose, gather as much information as possible and try to make a point.

I think the vo has 2 concerns: one of the main concern from the vo is you did not start as manager from Jul 2012 you claimed, therefore, you did not have one year exp as manager. Did you start in a position falling within level C or D and then got promoted lately?

I just got my PPR tonight. I can't believe as at March 10th (as i receive MR on March 11th), I was still eagerly waiting for my MR. I know the waiting can be tough but once they start working on you application it moves really fast.

I wish everyone still waiting the very best.

Thanks guys for your response I will start gathering addition document for further support like Internship letter from college which shows that I did my internship here with this company , previous T4, NOA and others
