my boyfriends trying to call CIC but the number I got from the website wouldn't work because we have no client number, is there an alternative number ?

None that I know of. The only reason I can call is because I have a Client Number on my visitor extension. :\ I could be wrong but the lady I talked to before was the right place.

no it doesn't you just have to go through the menu options and it will direct you....at least 4 I believe.......try again....

get him to try this "Also, if anyone is looking for a shortcut, after dialling the call centre number, I keyed in 1,2,1,2,1,0 to be connected to an agent without having to listen to all the long-winded "

1-888-242-2100 is the number and when call gets connected just press 12020, no need for client id and call gets transferred to an agent.

Application received May 10, Acknowledgement via email on Aug 09. Approval ? Accra is the VO.
I received another email asking me to provide a medical reports of my spouse's kids (not mine) who are not and will not immigrate to Canada (stated in the application form that they are not accompany their mother to Canada).
Please forum advise, so confused right now. I am given until Oct 15 to respond.
