Software Engineer - which province best suitable for immigration?

Hi all,

I am a software Engineer with a continuous experience of 6 years now. I want to apply for Canadian immigration under skilled worker program.

For me there is now occupation (Software engineer) in Federal immigration program. Kindly guide me which province is better to apply for immigration. what are pros and cons for different provinces?

I have done 4 years of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, have 6 years of experience. Good English language, beginners level french, married, have a kid, age 29.

I also meant in regards with immigration processing timings and rules. which has less processing time and easy to get immigration...

software and IT related applicants are not welcomed to immigrate to canada, they already abolished all these jobs from all immigration jobs list, there are too many IT professionals immigrants jobless in Canada or doing labourer jobs

For IT, not more immigration is facilitated ...yoyu cant apply for immigration with thos engineering qualification unless you are canadian graduate as international student

Hmmm, yeah right .. I have gone through the official websites, the only option I have is Quebec. But for that, I need fluent french
