Hello Pammi....Londor AOR mentioned that we should contact them after 8 months once we do not received any correspondence from them...the AOR we received is a pro forma..they will just paste the new file number on the upper right portion and the date was only handwritten....


i know we will receive our medicals soon same with minus360....im in KSA so the letter will reach me in 3 weeks time....

i am praying that i too will get it considering that we have the same timelines.....

what is your NOC by the way? mine is 1111....

Yeah CPA2CANADA I am surprised myself, I could not believe it when I got the mail this morning. My NOC is 1111, 10 yrs experience ACCT. MANAGER. And the date the letter for Med was sent out is 27th Aug 2009. It all depend on your compilation of documents (make sure they are complete) and it depends on you IO as well...I hope we all will get good IO to handle our cases.Let us all hope for good lucks.

Minus360....im also under NOC 1111....4yrs exp....thank God for your good news...it keeps my hope up...im just wondering why you need to submit the additional forms? for me i already included it in the whole package i submitted to London....

Full Docs to London - Jul 27 (mine sent July27 received Jul 30)
Londor AOR - Aug 13 (mine dated Aug 12 received Sep 6) regular mail to KSA 25days
Medical Request - Aug 27 (receipt date - Sep7)
(mine_______not yet still waiting) hope and pray no prob with IO

Letter to send everything to London arrived:2.9.09

And that is everything that has happened so far. Just getting everything together. Can anyone advise me re language proof? I am english, do i just write a letter?

BB....welcome to the forum......you will need to take IELTS as a conclusive proof of your language ability eventhough you are English man....and also you may want to provide other means.....

Dear immegration experts

my initial application -06-Jan-2006

full documents recieved by london office-March 2008
extra documents requested for update on Jun 2008 and same time get the medical

submitted all update by August 2008 and medical report reachs London Off July 2008

however i have not recieved any from london office till today
my lawyer asked London officer twice for update and answer comes as under process (security backround check), till when this will takes I had passed the 40 Months time limit till when it will be pending.

according to our discussion here regarding the full document I sent My Msc and Bsc but I did not send my A level is that fine or you think that this may late my application. BobbyB "one of the senior members here" he told it is fine, What do you think your opinions are highly appreciated as I am very worried why I am waiting from more than 3 months and no medical request yet.

I believe you are good to go zaidkhalid! I did not send my Secondary school level and A levels. I only sent my Bsc and Msc as well....as long as you send you academic transcripts (Bachelors and Master) in University sealed envelop that should go well. Good luck..

I dont want this to sound like sour grapes.I wonder is it a case that even though there is a list of 38 occupations that some of the occupations on the list have priority over others.

I have a problem if you have any idea or suggestion for how I could manage this situation would be very appreciative. If you are familiar the working environment of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia then I hope you will be able to help me.

1 - I came here from Pakistan by purchased the visa (independent visa in which you are free from sponsor to work anywhere in KSA by mutual understanding) you know mostly people in KSA have been coming like this, and then work with another employer other than sponsored. The same situation I am facing. I came here on 6thNovember 2008 on “Tailor” visa and unfortunately 16 days I spent jobless afterward got a job in a reputed IT company as an Accountant and working with them since 23rd November 2008 to present without took transfer from my sponser. I am working here as an accountant whereas profession written “Taylor” on my visa and same on Iqama (Resident Permit), please advice how to manage this???

2 - I was unemployed during 6th November 2008 to 22nd November 2008 here in KSA, so what should I mention in the background history, should I write “unemployed”?

Now this is very anxious for me, CIC requests in checklist that if I am on work permit so I have to send copy of my visa...but things are quite different on my visa ...CHC-London may asked how were you unemployed as you were hired by one of the sponsor from KSA? How could I manage 16 days unemployment on background history? How could I justify that I am working with another employer other than my sponsored?? Please advise if you have any suggestion.
