My timeline is very similar to yours. No updates since Aug 23. I did let them know that my spouse arrived in Canada on VV last November - updated address for PA. It took 6 tries and three months before address in Canada was updated though (webform, email, MP)
Did you apply for VV extension for your spouse?

How do I let the IRCC know that my spouse has arrived in Canada on VV?
Any input?
Please note that I have sent details on the Web Form. However, I am not sure as there is no acknowledgment of it.
My application was Outside Canada and later my spouse came on VV.

Change of address webform, you may or may not get an acknowledgement, and if you do, might take some time.

Thanks. Can you please let me know:
1) What email address did you use to send the information for the address change? Is there any specific format to use?
2) What is MP? How to use that to update the information?
3) I just did Webform to inform them but there is no confirmation or acknowledgment from them yet. Where can we see updated address?

1) I used the email address of the VO that is processing our application (Mexico), Let them know applicant was in Canada on TRV and provided new address.
2) MP is Member of Parliament
3) I also sent webform (2) to the Mexico VO because they did not respond or change address within 3 months, also sent webfor to inland office with no response or change.
4) Called IRCC help line to change address and it was not changed.
It was my MP who called IRCC and finally got it changed
