Friends, I have started filling paper application and I came across page where I need to enter addresses where I lived in last 5 years.
1) I moved to Alberta as I got a field job in 3 weeks after landing at Saskatchewan. I stayed Monday to Friday in shared apartment in city based at Alberta. I got my first drivers license at Alberta
1) Saturday and Sunday I visited city in Saskatchewan (500 kms away from city in Alberta) because my family stayed there as we are just settling down as PNP PR holders and where we rented an apartment. Lease was signed for apartment. Additionally my car number plate and insurance were from Saskatchewan.

Later, we all moved to Ontario as I got another opportunity which I couldn't let go.

Now, the confusion is whether I can enter the same period for both the addresses in my Citizenship application or not?

Can someone please guide me?
Thank you in advance

I signed a residential lease at City X but I was working at City Y.
I was staying at City Y during from Monday to Friday in shared apartment (did not sign lease)
I was staying at City X with my family on Saturday and Sunday (travelling to and fro every weekend)
I have address of employer and license issued at City Y where I worked.
Now, the confusion is whether I can enter the same period for both the addresses in my Citizenship application or not?

Just write whatever you wrote in the PR Application.

Hi, I was referring to my stay after getting PR and landing at Canada. I lived in 2 different cities during same period. One for job and other where my family was staying due to Provincial Nomination

You might want to go with an address that meets most or ideally all of the following criteria:
  1. have a paper trail to prove that you were actually residing there (e.g. a lease or address on file with the CRA located in province that you paid taxes)
  2. have more ties to the address and you call it home (e.g. most of your worldly possessions are located here or you have family living in that address)
It's no different than making a business trip every week and had to stay in a hotel.

Thanks a lot for replying. To clarify my case
1) I stayed Monday to Friday in shared apartment in city based at Alberta. I got my first drivers license at Alberta
2) However, Saturday and Sunday I visited city in Saskatchewan (500 kms away from city in Alberta) because my family stayed there as we are just settling down as PNP PR holders and where we rented an apartment. Lease was signed for apartment. Additionally my car number plate and insurance were from Saskatchewan.
In this scenario I feel I should mention both periods in my application. I am editing my post so people who respond clearly understands. Thanks for your reply :)

Its Saskatchewan because you pay taxes according to your family place. I mean if you got PNP from SASK its better to put that address :)
