Hi did you received you’re passport back?. I’m also waiting for our passports. PPR requests received: Oct.4 Passport send: Oct.15 (it was late cause we went to Toronto for few days) Passport received in Ottawa: Oct.18 still waiting for our mail to be activated.

The Canadian Embassy in AD will not send any mail if they start processing you’re papers. I sent mine as well through Aramex. You just send you’re pport so chill down. You will receive you’re passport back if there’s no problem in you’re documents. It takes 8 days for me to get my passport back...

You should follow-up you’re papers. Probably go to the VFS office or into the CanadianEbassy in Abu dhabi

Did you pass it personally? And did you also follow-up?? Cause its already been 4 months that you’ve been waiting for it.

A moment ago Ohh.. it took months for you. It only took 8 days for me to get my pp back. I also submitted it in Abu dhabi embassy through Aramex.

Hi, I also have the same problem.. our visa is done and were flying on Sunday but still we didn’t receive BIL. Im a bit worried maybe problem will come up in the immigration. As I went to VSF in Dubai they said I need to have a BIL before they can do my biometrics.

Hi Nana_K, I have also the same problem and our flight will be this coming Sunday. I went to the VFS but what they said they won’t allow me to do bioemtrics if I didn’t get the biometrics instruction letter. Any idea if this might be a problem when we arrive in Canada esp.in immigration?

We applied outside Canada,we got our visa done but we dont have biometrics yet as we dont have instruction letter. Are we allowed to enter Canada even if we did not have biometrics?

I submitted through Aramex, I’ve search also this topic which one is faster regarding the visa stamping. Almost they said its the VFS , since we are in a hurry, we just send it through Aramex. The problem is that we need to go to VFS for the biometrics. Did u check ur VFS status?
