So technically a day or so after your stamping was done. I received an update that my packet is dispatched, and my Awb is not working yet. Is it normal enough?

Hello everyone, I received a message stating my decision envelope has been dispatched by vfs. However does the tracker id gets activated only after 24 hours. I see no records of my package as of now. Also, does the counterfoil number gets immediately updated on the GCKEY or does it take a while?
