You can submit that through ur online account as well. There should be an option for uploading your police certificate just like the rest of the documents. I was also asked for police certificate and there was an upload option in the online account. If there isn't an option to upload it, then...

Jan 25th, 2019 applicant: Finally received pre-arrival letter along with biometrics request, medical request (although my wife's medical is valid until Mar 26, 2020), police certificate (requested for a third time; submitted police certificate with original application and was requested again...

In my case they asked me to upload police certificate online. They never confirmed receipt and my online status still shows action required. I sent a webform inquiry late dec (Or maybe early jan) and they replied that they have received it, but the status was never updated in my account.

I am jan 25 applixant. Aor 2 oct 3rd. Additional documents request dec 10. Provided the documents dec 13. Pin drop silence since and status still says in progress.

I am also Jan 25th applicant with a similar timeline than yours. However, I was asked for additional documentation on Dec 10th and it has been pin drop silence since. I have still not received Biometrics request
