I called IRCC last friday, I am also in the Same March 2020 FSW Inland boat AOR 21 Mar 2020. Security not started, Criminality in Progress.
I asked him how is my file different from other files during Criminality Check (unless I have any criminal record). He replied they depend on some 3rd party tools for background check and if they cause delay, you get delays. I was like I have been waiting for my criminality since June 2020 and people applying in Jan 2021 are getting PR, I dont accept it, don't you follow up with those 3rd party services why is there so much delay, to which he replied nothing can be done. Its just so much frustration...

Only thing we can do is
- keep calling them
- keep tweeting
- contact local MP and ask for status

My marital status is changed to married and I have already sent out 2 web forms but they didn't ask for my wife's documents and even there are no changes in my online application. I am outside Canada so I am not able to call them and My application is approved and got COPR document as well. However, In COPR it's written that if you are outside Canada then inform us when I informed them I got a reply that 'You are required to physically be present in Canada to become Permanent Residence so they reversed my status to foreign national and told me to inform Etobicoke office once I go back to Canada' Why they are not asking for additional documents? In addition, I have a valid work permit and applied for TRV when I was in Canada still waiting for approval. Do I have to wait for TRV approval? They didn't send me anything for PRV. please help @legalfalcon

Here's a snippet of my CEC inland profile:

Elegibility: Passed
AOR: March 11, 2020
Medicals: Passed (September 24, 2020)
Criminality: In Progress
Security: Not started

It's very discouraging to know that there hasn't been any progress on my application for the last 7 months, and the uncertainty on when I'll receive my next update adds to the frustration. Citing COVID for the processing delay is an excuse well milked to exhaustion, as all the businesses have limped back to normalcy and IRCC should be more accountable and efficient in processing the applications. Is anyone in the similar shoes as mine? How long do you estimate it would take to get COPR?

Also, I'm struggling to understand how IRCC can finalize applications received between May 24-30, without first finalizing the March applications?
I've raised this issue with the IRCC agent. If more people complain about the same thing, maybe they will start taking a look at March applications.

Did you get married before or after you received the COPR.

Also, is your COPR stamped and signed?

Urgent!

hi, @caipsnotes
I am not receiving any emails from IRCC. So, I checked my GCMS and found that my lawyer provided the wrong email id :( How can I correct it? should I raise a web form? How long does it take to update the system after I raise the webform?
Hi. Have your lawyer make the correction. All the best

Did you get married before or after you received the COPR.
I got married on 14th February and informed them about marital status changes and got webform reply back that 'we have informed changes to assigned officer' and then on 1st March My application was approved and after 1 week I got COPR document directly in email with photo specifications details.
Also, is your COPR stamped and signed?
I don't see any sign or stamp on COPR. @legalfalcon

Hey Guys, its been more than a YEAR NOW!! and still haven't heard anything from them.
I requested GCMS Notes a in Feb and it says Eligibility- Passed, Criminality in process and security not started.
AOR March 22nd 2020 and Biometrics were done on Oct 2nd.
Its a BCPNP(Techpilot) + EE application.
On my portal it still says in progress for everything except Biometrics and for medical= "We do not need any medical"

@legalfalcon First time ever including you in the conversation so thank you for your time. So Quick question- if i were to leave the province and get another job, is it going to affect my application? If yes, is it a good idea to apply under EE only this time or should i even bother making any changes to my file at all?

If there is anyone still waiting for PR and who is PNP-EE, please reply to this thread to see how far we are in the queue.

Hi I am BCPNP tech pilot + EE as well
AOR-Mar 25
Biometrics- Oct 27
Medical- expired so its says we do not need medical exam
Gcms requested on Feb 8 state that eligibility is passed by first officer, criminality in process and security not started. I have requested gcms notes earlier too last year and it is the same status as it was on July 7 so nobody touched my file after that and I think a lot of people in this forum have the similar scenario. I am getting very stressed now and losing hope every single day :(

Most of PNP inland applicants stuck on background check.

As a PNP applicant you have an obligation to stay in the Province of Nomination. This is check by IRCC during eligibility. You also have obligation to remain in the Province fore some time after your RP application is approved, as you have signed this agreement

To read on your PNP obligations, see https://bit.ly/3cTrsME

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Hi @legalfalcon /Guys,

My COPR and Visa was expired back in February/2021 and now I got email from IRCC asking to submit passport again for issuing new COPR and Visa.
Note: IRCC did not ask me for medical again.

My question is that if I submit my passport now, does anyone have any idea that what will be the expiry on my new Visa and COPR?

Thanks in advance.
