So they have not received COPR for you, because of outland dependent ( your hubby)? Can you not ask them to issue copr for you only as you are in canada so that you can atleast travel and visit your family?
I called IRCC and asked them if they can at least issue my COPR and let me do my landing then hubby can do his when they allow them to travel he was like it’s depends on the officer who will make a final decision.
I ordered another GCMS notes, waiting to see if I will see different information from the first one I ordered

Same for me too! My Aor is July 06, 2020. Both me and my spouse are here in canada. My kids are in India. Atleast they can issue copr for us, as we are in Canada. Everything is complete, but then its not sent to landing vo and put on hold i think.. Whenever i call they say assessment is complete, by officer to decide final decision and this is how its been these days. My point is why dont they issue copr for us who are in canada and i have seen cases where they have issue copr of inlanders. Not sure what to do, serioulsy frustrated.
Same with me.. I called IRCC couple of times and same answer i got every time like all passed and waiting for the final decision. i think they wont issue COPR till all travel restrictions.

Just send the web form to IRCC and tell them that your country of residence is changed to India. They will update your file and use the way of finalizing the application in India for you. Since everything has been passed, no need to worry too much. It's just a matter of time.
Thank you so much for the reply.

Officer decision might be quite surprising though. Fay’s from Zimbabwe case proves the worst scenario. Ircc issued her COPR last October or November (don’t quite remember the date) and closed the file then. Completely. Her dependent which was in her application from the very beginning was just thrown away, although he passed his bio, meds, paid RPRF when ircc sent a request. Fay called ircc, sent web forms and they confirmed that her case was closed and advised her to bring her dependent through spousal sponsorship program!! Nobody cared that he was an integral part of her CEC application. Last time we had talk she said that court hearings were set for March. Not aware what the current point is, but still she had to face a situation that hardly would none of us want to become a part of. Thus, thinking about possible issuing copr to primary applicant while dependents can wait the travel ban to be lifted, everybody should take into account that the outcome can be rather unpredictable and hurt even more than current waiting in limbo

Apply for SOWP and a travel authorization folks, that's the only way you can bring your spouse into the country. My spouse just arrived and we got an email from cic on Friday for our CoPR address confirmation.

We should be getting our CoPR soon

Congrats! I applied for her authorization 3 times and it was all rejected. Eventually, her SOWP expired as well. It's very sad...

Congrats @Toks01! Did your spouse have a job or job offer before entering in Canada?

I'm in a similar situation, where I have to choose between applying for SOWP and TRV or just TRV.
