What's wrong with them? Why don't they close all the cases who got DMs? So frustrated!!!
Yup exactly. Every time I call, they tell me "Oh, I won't be surprised if you got your COPR tomorrow! Your file looks great, everything is completely done" Yeah, and they've been telling me that since the beginning of December (3 months ago...).

Could you please share the phone number you call?

File is in Sydney. Inland paper-based application, whole family inland.

AOR July 5, 2019.
Medical Done Nov 30, 2019
DM December 2nd.

Been calling/webforming IRCC since December They tell me the file is completely done and just waiting for the agent to issue to COPR, and they've been saying that since December.
I feel like if there is a lockdown and for example an agent has to sit at home with kids because of schools are closed from Dec to Febr..as a lot of parents do...and if he/she is your agent...then your file is just waiting in the office for the agent to be back...I don't know how else to explain all this ridiculous situation...

Your status in the ECAS?
Hi Wu,

I use a representative for me so I am not able to see my GCKey account. But my representative told me that I passed my medical request and my additional document was received.

Full timeline: 2019-07-11 AOR. 2021-02-02 Medical and Additional Document Required. 2021-02-10 Medical Pass and document received by Office.

By the way, I am inland applicant with one spouse.

Thanks Wu,

Yeah. I use that one before. But not too much information. Just said medical received.

It is not like GC account, in GC account it has a very detailed information.

What is your status ?

In process. It changed from Application Received on 20 February 21. My application was transfered into Ottawa in December 2019 with status changing from In process into Application Received.

Emm, I think Ottawa office should be more efficiency. When was your AOR ? Did you ever send any webform or get the GCMS note. I send one last Monday, still no response.
