I am trying to IRCC but every time it like we are expecting a huge no of calls please call after some time. Is there any specific time to call them? I am trying to call from India through textnow

The "NOTES" section in the last few pages is where you get a lot of the useful information You can also see here if you've passed your security stage. The notes are organized in order of most recent activity so "notes.1" will be what they worked on last. note #1 for me says "***PACE*** FINDEC pending" which means my file is now awaiting for the senior officer to review it and make the final decision. I hope this helps!

Hi, my notes 1 is also ***PACE***FINDEC pending. Has your application been approved ? And if yes, how many days after the notes 1 was updated ? I have also been placed in the CN covid pace group.

Yes I received the PPR last week on 8th Dec

Did you get any ghost update before getting PPR? I am AOR 19th Dec, there is no change on the profile since May 2020 and almost everything is passed except the final decision. My medical was expired on 4th Dec as well but no change. On my GCMS which I ordered in Oct, it was written COVID PACE.

Call them 9AM EST sharp. Their lines become busy afterwards. Although, last I had called was months back and I don't know if it's different now.

Dear @legalfalcon I have got my GCMS notes; in the assessments other reqs says not started however I have not got any ADR, all the parameters are valid
but I have done an upfront medical which is updated in the notes as passed, is it for that or I have been sending ready to travel emails to expedite my application processing. Is it for that?

2. notes 1 says email forwarded to SM8376, what is that?

3. Total pages are 132 but have few pages which shows pages 145 to 170 are not relevant, it was not there in my previous notes, some error?

I have also received my ready to visa mail. Please tell me the procedure you followed after this... whether you courier the documents Directly or whether there person came to pick up or even walk in is also possible?
I'll really appreciate the reply as I am not getting reply from anywhere.

1. This is the batch number of the officer who created the note or was sent to.

2. Lately GCMS notes have this issue and it is due to a technical error. IRCC has acknowledged this. You can revert back and ask IRCC to release your complete file.

Congrats. Where did you send your passport to for your stamped Visa? Was it your country VFS office or Canada? Did you add your IMM 008 for even without a change?
