Download "Hangouts dialer" app from play store and then dial.. its free of cost..

Try after 1 am ist this is where operators will be free and take ur call..
 
which "in-Canada" CIC number have you guys been calling? the +1 888 number doesn't work for me. It hasn't for a couple of days.

...and for those who're worried about their application, I've been stuck in 1P1 since April 9th. Calm down

A ghost update is when you see updated(instead of submitted) when you login to your account, but nothing has been updated.
It's largely considered as a sign that the applicant will receive PPR email soon.
I saw it a day after moving to IP2 and few hours before getting PPR.

Guys..I called CIC..they said my eligibility is recommended pass and background verification is in progress. No additional documents required..now it is in nova Scotia sydney..in Ip1 it was in Ottawa..what does that mean @legalfalcon ..and others.
