Got everything completed on tracker on July 25th. But they raised a request to pay Biometric fees'? which is really weird because I completed my biometrics in September. Anyways. Waiting to see what happens next

We got wifes eCOPR document yesterday, literally minutes before we left the country for holidays, it says on the document it is not valid for travel. Will she have to enter using her passport (EU Citizen)?
