Maybe try emailing the portal email address and ask for your Local MP to helpHey everyone, I received my eCOPR on March 8th, and have been waiting for my PR card since. It has been over 70 days now and I have called multiple times and they have been saying "they are finalizing your application now" for the last 2 weeks. No ghost updates on GCKEY and it still shows up as "submitted". Has anyone had a similar timeline? I am travelling for a 2 week vacation on July 2nd and thought I would be okay given the IRCC timelines but now the panic is starting to set in.
Hello,RECEIVED PR CARD IN MAILBOX....- 13 FEB 2023.
I would email back the first portal email you got and ask for a status update of your PR card. I'd also mention you are travelling on July 2 so they can push your application for PR card through.Hey everyone, I received my eCOPR on March 8th, and have been waiting for my PR card since. Perhaps complaining works... Just got the approval today! It says give it up to 6 weeks to be sent but I have been seeing people receive it after ~1 week.Hey everyone, I received my eCOPR on March 8th, and have been waiting for my PR card since. Have you done anything in particular from your side before getting the approval?Perhaps complaining works... Just got the approval today! It says give it up to 6 weeks to be sent but I have been seeing people receive it after ~1 week.
I called IRCC a few times but each time they couldn't do much. They can only send a message to the processing office to expedite the process once it's been longer than the processing time on the IRCC website (currently 36 days). I called a few times after the initial call but all they could do is check on the status of the application - they can only send the processing office a message that the approval is delayed once.Have you done anything in particular from your side before getting the approval?
