What is your VO ?
 
Today the application profile was updated on CIC account which shows – you passed medical exam - May 3, no other changes.
IRCC tracker shows medical exam validity (updated) date, no other changes.

Mine is Vancouver.. I guess its slow as well lol.. well atleast for me it is.. Many who kept their applications in Feb and even March are getting them approved.. Its a bit frustrating at this point honestly..
