A Certificado de Antecedentes Penales is required from the Dirección Nacional del Registro Nacional de Reincidencia in Buenos Aires or at branches throughout the country. You must make the request in person and fingerprints will be taken.
The petition must specifically mention that the certificate is requested “con excepción al artículo 51 del Código Penal”. The certificate must be issued by the Federal Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

How to get one?
You must provide a full fingerprint and name check. Certificates can be obtained through the Australian Federal Police (recommended) or the local state police authority. State-issued certificates are acceptable where the certificate is based on a fingerprint and name search of the National Databases. Please note that state-issued certificates from Queensland, South Australia and West Australia must also be accompanied by a Traffic History printout, which may be obtained by contacting the local State Transport/Traffic branch. You should submit an application (on-line at www.help.gv.at) and an official photo identity document (such as a passport, an identity card or a driver’s licence). Name changes must be supported by legal documents such as marriage certificates. You may designate a representative with power of attorney to apply on your behalf or to pick up the certificate, but not both. Bangladesh citizens and other nationals living outside Bangladesh but who have previously resided in Bangledesh for more than six months will be required to submit a Police Certificate. Applicants applying at an office other than Seoul, who are unable to obtain a CHIR in Korea or go through a Korean Embassy or Consulate, should forward the required documents to the office responsible for their application.
The responsible office will then forward the documents to Seoul where results will be obtained from the Korean National Police and sent back to the responsible office directly. The following documents (originals only; notarized or translated copies are unacceptable) are required by the Canadian Immigration Visa Office for each applicant and each dependant aged 18 or more whether or not the dependant is accompanying the applicant:

How to get one?
The Certificado de Conducta or Récord de Policía is issued by the Dirección de Servicios Policiales. Nationals and residents of Nicaragua must obtain the certificate from the local police station in their place of residence. It must be requested in person with the original and a photocopy of the applicant’s identification document and proof of payment of the processing fee. Foreign residents may only obtain the certificate from the Asesoría Legal de la Policía Nacional in Managua. They must present a copy of their passport and proof of payment.

Application forms are available at the SSP office, but in rural areas, the forms must be requested in writing. Government servants must request a No Objection Certificate from their employer. Other applicants must provide an affidavit stating that they are not government servants. To complete the application, the applicant should provide copies of the national identification cards, a statement from the local mullah or town counsellor that the applicant is a resident of the district, plus two passport-size photographs. Some police stations, such as Karachi, also require that fingerprints be submitted.
