I'm sponsoring my common-law partner who resides in the UK.  In the pack we dowloaded there is a Your Travels IMM 5562 form, but it's not listed on the document check list.  Do we need to complete and send this form with everything else?  Thank you.

It is listed on one of the document checklists, but I believe it says it is only applicable to those going through the Paris visa office.
So no, you dont need to fill it out.

This is correct.

But they do ask for your travel history in another part of the immigrant package.  Grin

It is likely region specific information, every region requires different information....

One of the examples is travelling.

Did no one else include their travels in this section??? Hope I didn't waste time doing that. It took a long time to compile that info.  Embarrassed
