Nurse working as Live-in Caregiver right now, is it possible to apply a new job as care assistant in a Nursing Home?.
and, what are the documents needed in sponsoring your parents under tourist visa.

Are you a nurse working as a live in caregiver or you are planning to work as a caregiver.
You cannot work as a care assistant in a nursing home until you become permanent resident. This takes 3 to 4 years.

You don't need to sponsor parents for visitor visa.
You can send an invitation letter to parents with your residential and contact details. The contents of the letter should be brief stating your intention that you will provide them the residence, travel, living, medical etc.
