hello everyone

I finished my study and on a post study work permit since may `09. I dont have a white color job and currently working part time in a retail shop

-now should i disclose this that i am working PT a blue color job?
if yes what doc will reqired or I just have to give them the info. about it where they requested (e.g. in  IMM 0008 Q13, schedule 1 Q11)

- if no than is it possible for them (cic) to find about my this job during my background and security check or what ever check they do

i have applied under fsw, noc 1111, 120 days finishing 14oct,09

thanks for comments

It's best to tell the truth though. All the best.

I really doubt that they will be in a position to know about your PT job however to be on the safe side you might want to disclose it.

I want to believe that one of your previous jobs falls under the list of 38 ministerial job?

By the pls your location?

If you were doing the PT job on papers i.e. you were taking the Pay inclusive of tax and your employer was showing you as an employee in his tax return then they will 100 % come to know. If you were only working on cash then the chances for your to get noticed are very rare.

Suggestion, do not take chances. Tell the truth, it will not create any bad influence on your assessment

Thanks rocky but i am not claiming any points from this job it's just to show them(cic) that I m not unemployed so the point is I m not sure what to tell cic; is it unemployed or show this job which is not at all related to my career and let say If I don't show my this job so is there any posibilities that cic will find out by there own (it a legal job and I pay tax for it but it's retail and I m in accounts and finance )  That y I m bit hesitate but I guess I will show it as unemployement raises few questions

Better to show it. Give yourself rest of mind once the truth is told from the onset.
