hi bro...... only you  have the  heart to say such things.......  god bless u bro.... i am also eagarly waiting to see snwfall , i once had the oppurtunity in thimpu, bhutan.....its really amazing to see snow flakes falling down...........and blanketing everything in white......

I hear that some kind of snow clips are available that can be put on normal shoes for walking on snow/ice.
cost? I plan to come end of Dec 10 what type of clothes are required?

Yes Brother, u can purchase "Snow & Ice CLEATS" in Canada. They usually cost $15 - 45. $15(micro ones), $45(heavy-duty ones).

Nope... as I stated earlier - "it's all quiet in the western front". It's bright & sunny, as usual. The 'real' snowy days would commence somewhere from mid-Dec.

in the last 7-8 years we had the same experience in london for the very 1st time in NOVEMBER...BUT IT IS SO HORRIBLE....NO SUN...AND EXTREMELY POOR ARRANGEMENTS OF SNOW SWEEPING, SALT, GRIT...


i heard that canada is great in managing the snow....regards
