Now why would you not write "I dream to serve my country in the Profession i'll enhance my skills by graduating from Canada".

Still I dont think it would affect because Study Plan doesnt prove anything to the VO because there is no verification. The overall profile of your application accounts whether a visa is to be granted or not. Study Plan is just a document comprising of emotional statements and ambitions :p
