i am not sure what it means. many applications in buffalo from feb to nov 2008 have gotten their visa. I presume they fit the ministerial criteria. Did yours fit the ministerial criteria?

i think it might be change in status in line with the new application. They have received it. They are not processing it yet but since you are nov, they probably will do it soon....hopefully. this is just my opinion. i dont know if i am correct.

you'd be fine. as for me, i got lucky that they are not so fast. Today i sent in a correction on my transcript with the email conversation with the university. THe transcript that i had submitted had an error which i didnt know about because it was in an envelope. I hope CIC would be okay with me sending in the corrected transcript now.

oh well, I took my chances. i will know either way. by the way for those who is following this..making an inquiry within "reasonable time" or they call the process time at specific office, will not respond to your inquiry. Unless, the case has gone cold or been too long..

You are fine, people always send updated documents ad this is not new, at least both transcripts are original from the University so they are cool with it. Good catch and right on time. Thanks for the encouraging words in your other post, I will look forward to gear from Buff.

Not at all, that is why they have the email to do this type of stuff. I have done two inquiries and they replied very fast, one the next day and then I replied to their reply asking another question, then they replied after 3 days. There is nothing wrong to ask legit question related to your case.

Yes I get the reply, however they may not answer to the questions which are confirming the receipt of a document, like "Did you receive my PCC?" etc. You need to ask question on your case, as how long will it take, at what stage am i...etc. They replied me right away, I sent the email midnight, next morning I got the reply. But usually they take 3 days for a genuine case related question.

My question was around a PCC missing in my original packet and I asked them what to do...Never got a reply. So I sent the PCC and provided my file # reference and gave a covering letter explanantion..

That was a good thing you did, but remember, I think the question was ignored because it was related to the PCC and asking for the procedure, they only give you status update.
If you ask for a status update, I am sure they will reply.
