Are you guys getting processed Buffalo office? If you see trackitt carefully for Buffalo, you will see that Feb and March 08 Queues are getting cleared now. And most of the guys who have applied in 08 Feb/March are getting medical requests now and some of the cases once the medicals were sent, the passport requests were recd with in 3 weeks and the process got wrapped up quickly thereafter.
So you guys should be getting to next steps soon.

I hope you are right, I am from Feb'08 - I have done the Medicals already, waiting for PPR. ecas is old same old no change. I have seen on trackitt that almost all cases near my date of application have been cleared EXCEPT me.

Oh, and me too!! I applied April 2008, medical done beginning April2009, no reply whatsoever, no change in E case, hoping to get ppr soon! However, I do see applicants from June 2008 who already got cleared with ppr!!

Buffalo is not moving..
now i see lot of activity in June 2008 applications on trackitt..

By the way.. Analysing more closely..I see that Buffalo is the only office consistantly clrearing applications within 14 months. This was before November 08 change of process.

After that no updates, so conclusions can be drawn

I am sure it will be at 31536000 seconds + 40 days more

There is another possibility...

they did say that the new process will take between 15768000 to 31536000 seconds.
Hopefully not longer like 34992000 seconds as ADA suggests lol.

oh if i go the US route, i have to still get a H1b, then a GC. I guess h1b isn't too hard if i get a faculty job but I really want to live in Canada.
