Hello all,
I recently received my Medical request. I noticed that my file number listed on the top right corner of the Section A form (above your photograph stamped by the VO) is different from the B0xxxxxxx number that has been used for correspondence all along. All other details, including the VO are correct.

Has anyone else had a similar problem with any information being erroneously entered by the VO? If so, how did you rectify it?

Thanks,
SF2005

Hi SF2005,

I know people that did their medical test before receiving medical request. they just simply put their file number on the section A and that's it. my suggestion is that go to the doctor and ask them for a fresh section A. they normally have all the sections.anyway this is just a suggestion. it's better to check it with some senior too.

Thank you Gazzz,
Since you recently received your Medical Request, I take the liberty of asking you a follow-up question. I hope you don't mind.

Can you examine your Section A form. The top line, where it lists "Visa Office/number", is the number after the Visa Office the same as your Immigration file number that has been used for correspondence all along?

Thanks,
SF2005

PS: If anyone else who has a record of their Section A form can please take a look and respond to the above question (i.e. if the number just after the Visa Office is the same as your immigration file number). I would be grateful for your help.

I did my MR two days ago and Unfortunately I don't have it in my hand. but I checked the number at the right corner and it was exactly my file  Number.

Sorry about that.

Thank you devilhimself. My lawyer has already sent a query to the VO, we are waiting for their reply.
