In my earlier forms I put eye color Dark Brown, Black & Black for my self and my family. Now I submitted all passports with updated form 'PHEPLTR.PDF' with eye color Brown, Brown & Brown, because I feel all eye colors are Dark Brown and there was only option 3 'Brown' in 'PHEPLTR.PDF'.

Is there a possibility of rejection or sending passports without stamping the visas?

I do not think they will reject you for that. When I did mine I put black for me and my boys. When I got back our passports to my surprise, they wrote brown eyes for my younger son.

Till date I am not able to make out what is the colour of my eyes. One angle it look black other angle it look blue and when i see in mirror it looks light brown. So I filled blue in application and no questions asked. I think it makes no major difference.
