My friend is in a problem he is landing in 2 days and he just noticed that visa office wrote wrong address on the COPR of his spouse. Now what should he do to get the address corrected. Will he has to write to visa office and wait for new COPR but that will delay landing soo much. Its clearly visa office's mistake because the address provided to them is correct and they specified some other address on the COPR...

Please guys help asap

Many thanks in advance

it's true, when my husband landed he was asked at the POE if all the information on the COPR is correct. He told them his "place of Birth" is incorrect, gave the IO the correct one and that was it.

I'm not a senior member, but as mentioned it's very common... I was with my husband when he landed at Pearson.... they asked if all the information on the COPR was correct,  the COPR contained an old address (which I had updated on the eCas system a couple months previous)... we gave them the updated address and they changed it on the system... PR card arrived 7 weeks later to the correct address... no issues whatsoever....

Ok, I'm a senior. chelley, rubyalabar and nylalisa are correct.  He can correct the address at the POE when he lands.

Contact the issuing office of the COPR, the DOB probably can't be fixed at the border.
