its been a week when i receved my PER email frm CIO.On checking the ecas i noticed that my mailing address has been wrongly typed by them rather they missed out on a whole word! wt to do...how to rectify it,i havent heard anythinh yet from VO..how should I do.?

dr. Sahiba, same is the case with me...but its just a typo mistake...Spelling of KARACHI is misspelled as KARAHCI  i have no idea that should i contact CIO or not its been a week when i receved my PER email frm CIO.On checking the ecas i noticed that my mailing address has been wrongly typed by them rather they missed out on a whole word! wt to do...how to rectify it,i havent heard anythinh yet from VO..how should I do.?

dontworry , my zipcode still missing on my e-case and AOR letter but I got mail on my address and in CAIPS note my address with zipcode is correct.
if you change address you can inform your local VO when your application transfer from CIO to local CHC VO.

hi even I had similar issues with my address in the PER i sent a case specific enquiry to the New Delhi VO they rectified it in about 3 weeks however there is an error in the pincode  ...have notified them again no change still, its been almost a month if ur VO is NDVO then contact them by mail and also fax ur correct mailing address to them hope this helps [/color]- gopi |
