Dear friends,

While mailing the application, we need to put NOC code on the envelope as per instructions given in guide. But the address that we are going to use while sending through courier already has one line in the middle of address saying FSW - 1, NOC # _____.Would it be sufficient to just print the NOC code there or it has to be written somewhere else too. Please suggest.
Secondly, We will make CIO checklist as our cover paper and after that will come the VO checklist and then the docs will follow.Is that order OK or VO check list does not need to be included.

[Schedule 3 consist the NOC, so the CIO/VO official will be able to work with that NOC Code].

NOC is not required to be listed anywhere else except for given space
