If a part in the application form that does not apply to us, do I write 'Not applicable' in the first box only?

For example:

Co-signer

Family name - N/A
Family name before marriage
Given name(s)

or do I have to write N/A in every box?

And what do I do with pages like 'Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union'? I am just sponsoring my spouse so do I still have to include that page in the application or can I remove it? If I do have to include it do I just leave it blank?

Thanks!

Also parts like:

Your residential address, if different from your mailing adress

Should I leave it blank or write N/A?

I wrote it in every box and the top of every page that did not apply to us. (I included the pages with the n/a, so it was clear I hadn't just forgotten them.)

Do not leave anything blank or they will send it back asking you to either fill it or write N/A into it. They don't know whether you forgot to fill the form or you left it blank on purpose. I put a line through the whole section and wrote big N/A if something did not apply.

So do you have to include entire pages that are not applicable, or just write n/a on the document checklist?

We included the irrelevant pages with a big N/A across them, and also wrote N/A on the checklist.  Just in case someone wasn't paying attention.

Where whole sections were not relevant, we put N/A very large at the top line.  I didn't cross up the pages, I don't like to do that.  Where only part of a question was not relevant, we had N/A in the first line, again, nice and bold to make sure they didn't miss it.
