WP/PR help !!

Hi Folks..

I work for an MNC and currently in Vancouver from 11 months on WP (intra company transfer from India). I like the country and thinking of migrating here. Unfortunately I have to go back to India in some time next month (due to organisational changes). I have worked in Vancouver for about an year. Given this situation I have few question and appreciate all your suggestions/advice & thoughts.
1 - Can I get work permit from Canada ? My current WP is only valid if I work for my current organisation.
2 - Are there co. & organisations who are willing to give me an offer letter provided they find me good enough after interview etc. on basis of which I can apply PR.
3 - Immigration for IT guys is stopped since last year.. is going to open again come June/July?
4 - My wife used to be Banker back in India.. does it helps if I make her prime applicant ?

Here is from what I know

If you get a Labor market opinion and a Job Offer it does not matter what the job is. It does not have to be in the current on demand list.

No one knows. Your guess is as good as anyones. It tends to be fairly common that the current in demand list stays the same for a few year (from past years and the lists they had). But as I said no one knows

Provided she worked at least a year and her duties match with an NOC she can be the primary applicant. You will need proof's of he employment and job duties while she was in India
