WP Question

Hi there! I am a Canadian citizen and my fiance is an American citizen. He's moving up here and we were going to have him apply for a work permit. He is a skilled worker and should have no problem. We were just curious as to if it matters that he applies from within Canada? Or would it be better for him to apply from the US? We will be appying for PR after about 6 months ( or sooner if we are married before then)

No choice.  He has to apply for the WP outside of Canada.
