Anybody who has knowledge. Please share any info.

Is it possible to extend work permit using the nomination certificate (AINP)? If possible, what will be the required documents to submit? Do we still need to secure a new/current employment contract to CIC?

No you need a facilitation letter from AINP to extend the work permit without an LMO not the nomination certificate.

Closed, only for the sponsoring employer.

Hi PMM,

Just asking for an info/help again.

My AINP result is still pending and its been over 10 months now. My work permit expires in July 2011 and my employer has applied my LMO but got refused. Is it advisable to call AINP to inform them about these things, so I could get a chance of extending my work permit using their support letter (if the verdict is positive or to fasten the process of AINP)?
