Hi happy x mas  and new year to all
          I am working in Oman since last two years and i have applied through ND office,submitted all documents in sept,waiting for medical.My concern is would they transfer my file to visa office responsible for Oman?working abroad can cause unnecessary delay? Please reply....

No, but when PPR request come you have to submit your Passport at ND - India CHC.
if you want you can transfer your case, it will delay your process upto min. 6monts sure. file transfer delays depend on both ND CHC and Oman CHC. my sugession is dont transfer your file.
