Hi there,

Please excuse me if my post is in the wrong section or my message doesn't have much information. I have been searching how to move to Canada for a few years now but I am confused and I was wondering if you could tell me...

1) Am I eligible?
-1a) If not, which other visa could I apply for?
2) Which qualifications could get me a visa?

I am currently 17 years old and I am looking for a job in the IT field. A list of qualifications I will have are:
- Level 3 Diploma in ICT Systems + Principles
- Level 3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence
- Level 2 Key Skills in Communication
- Level 2 Key Skills in Application of Numbers
- Level 2 Employment and Personal Development

CompTIA qualifications:
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Security+

Microsoft:
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist
- Microsoft Certified System Engineer
- Microsoft Certified System Administrator
- Microsoft Technology Associate: Windows® Server Administration Fundamentals
- Microsoft Technology Associate: Security Fundamentals
- Microsoft Technology Associate: Networking Fundamentals

Thank you for your help. Smiley

1)For Skilled Worker you will get just 2 points for age and you have to check for other requirements as in the link   http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp
2)At least you have to be 18 years for  IEC
3)Try BUNAC (if in USA)

Good Luck

Thank you for your replies.

Would it be possible to apply for a visiting visa, look for a job and then settle?

Or work temporarily then extend my stay?

Thanks
