As a recently graduated American student, I was considering studying in Canada so as to increase my points on my application for permanent residence.  Although I really would like to study at a Canadian university (I have always been keen on Canadian arts and culture), I am a little put off by all the paperwork one must do as an international application.

Is all the paperwork worth it?  And not only that, but the extra fees one must pay is quite a burden as well.

Any thoughts on this would be great.
