my mother submitted the application three months ago and she havent received any updates?is it normal?
could someone help us! thanx

Did she sent the package with a tracking number? Did the office sign for it? In any case, definitely call and find out.

yah she sent all the given requirements...but still she havent received any email or mails....it is delayed or something went wrong in our application?
what should we do in a case like this please help thanx

But did she sent the package through courier which gave her a tracking number? You should call them and ask if they indeed received something or not first...
