hi jovel...just wondering are you still with your old employer?if so, you can still use your existing work permit upon reentry provided that you will be back prior to the expiry date...as for issuing you a new work permit for your new employer upon entry at the airport i don't think that is possible because they only do that for the first timers...hope i was able to contribute on your queries!!!but i would suggest phoning the CIC to be completely sure..

Well are you going home or are you staying in Canada to work?  If you are going home, you can apply for a new visa and new work permit at the embassy in Manila.  Or, if you want to do it before you leave you can apply through a consulate in the US.  If you are not leaving, apply for a change of conditions to your work permit through Vegreville.
