Ya, I knew that, but I was wondering if having a job offer/not having one affects the time taken to get your work permit. Probably not. anyway, hope you get your work permit soon.
by the way, seeing that you are an intl student as well, have you filed your income taxes? Did you get any significant refund and if so, what categories did you get it under? Sorry for all the questions.....

- Yah I agree with you, there is no relation with job offer and obtaining work permit. I also saw a student getting his post graduation work permit within 2 weeks!

- Yes I filed my income taxes. I received approximate 73 dollar. This is not significant amount:) I know. However, it is good to file your tax regularly in Canada. I guess there is no category for tax:) Just file your tax like the Canadian citizens. Make sure that you mention that you are paying your tuition fees. As a student that is important. I guess everything will be clear to you once you start filling out the tax forms.
