Hello again.

If i get an apartment in Edmonton, but still doesn't have a citizenship. And i'm not qualified for a workers Visa. What should I do?

Well, unless you're independently wealthy, I guess you would have to go back to your home country.

Of course. You'll need to pay rent, utilities, food, transportation, etc.
