hiiii everyone...I have an query related to immigration procedure under the skilled worker category...I am a dentist in India and i am working since more than one year but its on honorary basis...I am not paid for my work....so they will count this under my work experience or they need only paid work experince???but from nxt month onwards i am going to get paid for my job but till nw its honorary...so will i get points for my work experience or its mandatory that it shd be paid wrk exp.Huh

AS far as i know it doesn't require salary in order to obtain experience as long as the duties and responsibilities are the same as the NOC you should award the points for that.

that's true, whether you are getting paid or not, as long as your responsibilities matches the selection criteria, your experience will be counted.

Doesnt it say that to qualify for FSW you need to have at least one year of continuous paid work experience?

The period of "honorary" or volunteer or any other UNPAID experience CANNOT be counted for FSW list of professions.
