Working in USA and maintaining PR
«

Hi,
If I work for a canadian company in the USA and my spouse is with me as a dependent will we both be fulfilling the PR obligations of working for a canadian company but living outside. My spouse is not a canadian citizen and neither is she working for a canadian company.
Regards,

Canada immigration is a bit strict on what they consider a Canadian company for you to fulfill your PR residency requirements. You need to make sure that the company you work for qualifies. If yes, then you and your spouses PR's are both protected.
