Hi

Just a few questions for english speaking immigrants that have moved to Montreal?  Is it really hard to find work only speaking english?  At the end of the year we hope to be in Montreal and I have been told that I will find it extremelly hard to find any work, I am qualified in Accounts & Office Management and also qualifications within the sports industry.  Is there any hope for me?

I appreciate any comments

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

From what I've understood, it's hard not being bilingual.
My advice is to search for a job on the web according to your professional area and take a look at the job offers. If being bilingual is a must they will write it down. So you'll be able to compare from the total amount of job offers, how many do not require french proficiency.

I wish you good luck and success!
