Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum but I was just wondering if anyone out there could help me out on this one. I'm from Ireland but would love to go to Toronto for 3-6 months next April. I'll be in New York for three months prior to that. My problem is that according to the conditions set by the visa people, in order for me to get a working holiday visa I need to be PHYSICALLY resident in Ireland during the application process, which begins in January I think. Obviously as I'll be in NY that is gonna cause a problem. Is there any way around this, does anyone know? I'm really disappointed that I might not be able to go to Canada now so any help would be really appreciated.
